Set up automatic email follow-ups

Templates and sequences that email people after they enquire or order.

1. 1

   Turn on the Email follow-ups module from Modules.

2. 2

   Open Email → Templates and review or edit the templates created for you.

3. 3

   Open Email → Sequences, check the steps and delays, then press Turn on. Sequences are created paused on purpose, and Turn on needs email sending to be configured for the platform.

4. 4

   Check Email → Activity later to see what was sent and whether anything bounced.
