Connect your online store

Get abandoned carts and orders from your store into the CRM.

   Turn on Email follow-ups, then open Email → Store connection.

   Create a key (name it after your store) and give it to whoever manages your store. The page shows the exact request your store must send for abandoned carts and orders.

   Send a test event as shown on that page. It appears under “Recent events”, and the customer appears under Leads.

   Make sure your store only reports email consent for customers who actually agreed to marketing email.
