Rename or reorder your pipeline stages

Make the stages match how you actually sell.

   Go to Settings → Stages.

   Rename a stage in its box and press Rename; use the arrows to reorder.

   Set each stage’s type: open, won or lost. Reports use this to know what counts as a win.

   A stage that still has leads in it can’t be deleted — move those leads first.
